JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the impugned order dated 22.09.2020, passed by the Rent Controller-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Gaya, in Case No. 6 of 2020, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall hear the same on merits, without being impeded
