The present petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 16.6.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in Trial No. 76 of 2015 in Complaint Case No. C-1303 of 2000 under sections 406/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The matter is of 2015 but the charges were framed under section 406/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27306 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 the Dowry Prohibition Act eight years elapsed and with the passage of time, the trial no. 76 of 2015 may be at an advance stage.

In that view of the matter, no interference is required in 2023.

The petition accordingly, stands dismissed.
