JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2023 In compliance with earlier order, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram has submitted its report dated 15.07.2023 stating therein that since the case is at the stage of submission of final form and presently, the case is pending, the bank draft was not handed over to the informant.
2. Considering the aforesaid report of the learned Court below, the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68000 of 2021 is modified to the extent that petitioners in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21693 of 2023(6) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 said case (Cr.Misc. No. 68000 of 2021) shall deposit the alleged amount in the Nazarat of the Court below, as per same terms and conditions. The aforesaid deposit shall be subject to the final outcome of the case.
3. The petition is disposed of.
