JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case itself, there is a land dispute as amongst the parties. The learned Sessions Judge has noted that there is a case and counter case and injuries have been sustained by both the sides.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners namely Mahendra Chauhan and Randhir Chauhan, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the
