JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter case with regard to the land dispute between the descendants and the injuries are said to be simple in nature.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23718 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Kaimur at Bhabua, in Chainpur P.S.Case No.59/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
