Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S.Case No. 164 of 2014, corresponding to G.R.No. 2057 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner No.1 is of assault by Tangi and against petitioner No.2 is of butt of Nalkatua to the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40872 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 that petitioners are named in this case and the case is of the year 2014.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, surrender and make prayer for regular bail before the court below, which shall be considered on the basis of submission made above and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
