Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR does not reveal that suspected death was caused for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. In the circumstances, the police submitted charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 11.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58497 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No. 114 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
