JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, namely, Urmila Devi apprehends her arrest in Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.79 of 2013, G.R. No.2137 of 2013 under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It appears that on the basis of the information given by the informant i.e. daughter-in-law, the aforesaid case was registered against the petitioner and the other co-accused persons including the husband of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and that her son is still ready to keep the informant with dignity as wife.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36700 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 case and the fact that the petitioner is a lady and mother-in-law, I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on her so surrendering the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.79 of 2013, G.R. No.2137 of 2013.
