Petitioner is an accused in connection with Excise Case No. 30 of 2020 arising out of Kaler P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. 2nd,
