JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that in the instant case petitioner was implicated during supervision of the case on the ground that he has criminal antecedent and there is suspicion that petitioner involving in liquor business. Learned counsel submit that petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2018.
