That by this writ petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of writ/ writs, Rule/Rules and direction/ directions upon the respondents to consider their case for their absorption or rehabilitation under State Govt. to serve the State according to their education qualification either

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
