No.18704 of 2017 for the reason that the petitioner had caused injury on the head of the injured.

Prayer is allowed in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.273 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, East Champaran at Motihari.
