JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 The petitioners, who are in custody since 23.01.2020, seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2020 (arising out of Chenari P. S. Case No. 179 of 2018) instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 323, 325, 341, 342 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners, who are distantly related to the informant, are alleged to have assaulted the informant, his grand son and the son of the informant also when he had come to the rescue of the informant and his grand

It appears from the records that the informant / Prem Chandra Ram, has received two grievous injury but they were not on the vital portion of the body. The other injured person, namely, Umesh Ram has received simple injuries by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the nature of accusation and the injuries on the persons of the informant and his son as also the period of custody, the petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2020, arising out of Chenari P. S. Case No. 179 of 2018.
