JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 498A, 323, 504, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 304B IPC was also added.
The prosecution case is that the informant was torture by the mother of the husband after two years of the marriage and ultimately she poured kerosene oil on herself and lit fire. It is alleged against the petitioner that she also used to hot discussion with her at the behest of the mother-in-law.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the mother of the husband of the victim. The petitioner is married sister of the husband and is

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda P.S.
