The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.96 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner belongs to the village where the alleged blockade of the road has been made by the villagers, the petitioner has been named in the present F.I.R. Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the
