JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 for offences under Sections 394, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.

However, in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the court below shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of rejection of this application. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
