JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur O.P.), P.S. Case No.697 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners rather specific allegation is attributed to Shishir Dubey, Jhunjhun Shukla and Prabhat Dubey.

No.20259 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur O.P.), P.S. Case No.697 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
