Patna High Court CWJC No.9137 of 2016 dt.25-05-2016 2 / 2 and communicate the outcome thereof keeping in mind the previous communications made by the University, some of which is Annexure7 and 8 to the writ application as well as the decision of the academic council contained in Annexure-5, proposing enhancement to the extent of 50%.

Since the examination for B.A. Part-I of the students who had been admitted by these colleges are scheduled for 06.06.2016, if the petitioners file such an application preferably by 01.06.2016, the Director will take a decision well in time so that the fate of the students who are required to sit in the examination may not be jeopardized.

Writ application stands disposed of with the above direction.
