Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Motorcycle of the informant was stolen away.

Subsequently, the same was recovered from behind the house of the father of the petitioner.

Submission is that for dispute relating to payment of dues money, the present false case has been lodged. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58484 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumaria Police Station Case No.14 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
