JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 23-03-2015 The petitioner complains that though respondent nos. 9 to 13 have encroached the land of village Pandui, no steps have been taken by the Officials of the Revenue Department for removal of the same.

On 02.03.2015 when the matter was heard notice was taken on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 7. Today, it is

Patna High Court CWJC No.14076 of 2014 (3) dt.23-03-2015 represented that on the allegation of the petitioner that respondent nos. 9 to 13 have encroached upon the government land, notices have been issued for removal of the encroachment and the date of hearing is said to be fixed on 06.04.2015.

Heard Mr. Shyam Kishore Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ajay, learned counsel for the respondents.

The steps taken by the petitioner for removal of the encroachment have yielded result. On taking note of the fact that the writ petition has been filed, step has already been taken and notices have been issued to the encroachers. Accordingly, respondent nos. 2 to 7 are directed to get the encroachment removed from the land in question, in accordance with law.
