The petitioners are in custody since 24.02.2016 in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. but subsequently, on the confessional statement made by one co-accused Navin Kumar Mandal, the names of the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have come into the present case. Till date, the petitioners have not been put on

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S.
