The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired upon the son of the informant by country made Katta resultantly son of the informant died. It is also alleged that the petitioner has no clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the application Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
