ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-11-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to approach the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department i.e. Respondent No. 1 by way of representation and seeks the indulgence of this Court to direct the Respondent No. 1 to dispose of the said representation made by the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the above, without going into the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4420 of 2024(8) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 1 by way of representation ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the Respondent No. 1 shall endeavour to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks thereof.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
