27-03-2019 Heard Sri Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of both the petitioners in Complaint Case No. C-2/527 of 2018 for offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to Annexure - 1 to the petition i.e. copy of order dated 03-12-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70388 of 2018 and submits that this Court, while rejecting the prayer for bail, had granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months. He submits that after completion of further three months,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15737 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 petitioners have approached this Court.
Considering the nature of accusation and earlier observation, let both the petitioners namely Parvachan Sah and Ram Prasad Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/527 of 2018.
