Considering the fact that the parties have not settled their dispute amicably, this Court has no option but to dispose of the application with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below. It is expected that the Court below will make all efforts for amicable settlement of dispute between husband and wife and refer the matter to the mediation centre at Gaya and in the event, the parties entered into compromise and resolve their dispute amicably and restore their normal conjugal life, the Court will record compromise and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
