2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dain Act registered in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the accusations of assault are general and omnibus against as many as 22 persons made accused in the first information report. The injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.28275 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.75 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
