Petitioner is accused in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.01.2020.
