Petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had kept stolen money with him for two days.

It has been submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and there is no involvement of petitioner in stealing money from the Petrol Pump. He is Brother-in-Law of one of the co-accused Dipu Sahni. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.08.2017.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52389 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017.
