====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 26.4.2018, seeks bail in Araria PS Case No. 446 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown relating to theft in the house of the informant, the petitioner is nephew of the informant, nothing has been recovered from his possession, he has been made accused on the basis of disclosure of his name by one Nasibullah @ Juimrati and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Raquib @ Rakib is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Araria PS Case No. 446 of 2016.
