The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1100 of 2022 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made behind the temple of Shiv Mandir in Nand Nagar Colony. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

P.C.
