This Court would find that it had granted privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners by believing that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and the explanation which is now being given that it was only on account of inadvertence on the part of the wife of the petitioner that such a statement was given will be of no avail.

Accordingly, the prayer for modification of the order dated 7.5.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 43906 of 2014 is rejected. The petitioner must surrender and make a prayer for regular bail which of-course shall be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by anything said in this order.
