Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

About 39 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the motorcycle on which both the petitioners were riding. Petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2019. They have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.16066 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Balrampur Police Station Case No.11 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
