JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-09-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.12.2013 passed by the respondent no. 3 by which his P.D.S license has been cancelled without following the law and order dated 04.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14525 of 2008. The petitioner submits that altogether 329 P.D.S shop license has been cancelled by impugned order dated 20.12.2007 on the ground that the license has been issued without approval of the District Selection Committee as required under 2007 orders notifying on 20.02.2007. The petitioner submits that the impugned order is not sustainable in law. It appears that the petitioner has filed appeal. In my view, if the petitioner files a fresh representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.24578 of 2013 dt.18-09-2015 2/2 along with the copy of the order of this Court, the licensing authority would consider to examine his case afresh without any prejudice. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
