This is an application for quashing of the order dated 11.3.2005 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Moharaganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2003 for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code whereby cognizance was taken by the learned Court under Sections 364/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The order dated 11.3.2005 has been challenged in the year 2015 i.e. a decade later by which lots of water may have been flown down the 'Ganges'.

It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28736 of 2015(2) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 appropriate Court at an appropriate stage if the case still survives.
