JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 757 of 2018, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 30 liters liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
