The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.896 of 2017/Tr. 1851 of 2018 registered under Section 147, 323, 504, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submit that on their joint prayer, earlier, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16829 of 2019(5) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Mediation Centre, Patna, for mediation and settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 16.08.2019, which is the part of the report dated 16.08.2019 of the Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, and, accordingly, the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are living together and are leading their conjugal life happily and, now, they have no grievance with each other.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and also considering the above-stated submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, the provisional anticipatory bail, as granted to the petitioner, above named, vide order dated 25.03.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court, is, hereby, confirmed.
