Learned counsel for the University submitted that subject to the compliance of requirements of the CAG or any Circular of the State Government, the admitted claim of the petitioner will be paid and in this regard, he has provided noting addressed to the Vice Chancellor. A photocopy of the extract of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9062 of 2021(5) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 noting addressed to the Vice Chancellor has been produced.

3. In view of the admission of Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf for the Munger University in open Court that the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed, and the payments will be made to him, expeditiously, by the Vice Chancellor of the University, who must abide by the instruction, which he has given to his counsel otherwise appropriate legal action will be taken against the concerned officer of the University.

4. It is made clear that the Vice Chancellor must ensure that his subordinates comply with his order. In case he finds incapacitated, in any manner, to get his own order complied then in that case he is at liberty to raise the issue before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar or before the Hon'ble Chancellor in case the petitioner is not paid his admitted dues.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
