JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Manohar Yadav and prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of State Legal Services Authority vide order dated 03.12.2015. The report of the Mediator at Flag-A dated 02.02.2016 reflects that issue has been resolved between the parties.

It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and informant that in pursuance to the resolution of dispute before the Mediator both

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26563 of 2015 (7) dt.27-06-2016 the petitioner and informant are residing together, but neither the petitioner nor the informant is giving any instruction to their respective counsels at present.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as not pressed.
