JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-01-2016 Let petitioner apply for issuance of a duplicate degree of Intermediate examination which she supposed to have passed in the year 1993. On such an application having been filed, the respondent-Bihar School Examination Board, the successor in interest of Intermediate Council, will issue the necessary certificate if what has been asserted in the writ application with regard to passing of the examination etc. with necessary roll number are borne out from the original records and tabulation register. This exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks of filing of such an application. Writ application stands disposed of.
