2. Considering the information contained in paragraph

Patna High Court MJC No.796 of 2024(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 no. 10 to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, wherein, it has been stated that a payment of Rs. 4,81,497/- has been made to the petitioner, I find that the proceeding of contempt initiated against the opposite party no. 2 requires no consideration.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
