The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2018 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 and 18 of POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the victim child was found weeping behind the petrol pump and that the petitioner has been specifically named, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is,
