Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is alleged that the accused persons made indiscriminate firing, but no one has sustained any injury. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
