The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 378, 379, 411, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 39(1)(2)(3)(4)/43/56(2) of the Bihar Mining Rules, 2019.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this
