The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2018 in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 425 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the first information report yet no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner and the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the main accused persons namely, Attu Yadav and Upendra Yadav have since been acquitted in the case vide judgment and order dated 29/04/2017 in Sessions Trial NO. 42 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 425 of 2015.
