The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 471, and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the complainant being a retired teacher had purchased 2 katha 5 dhurs of land in his name and 10 dhurs land in the name of his daughter Sudha Devi as both were residing together. Subsequently, the complainant was asked to vacate the land on which the complainant constructed house and when the complainant went to circle office he found that the

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the back ground of partition dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the vent of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 1631 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
