Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 (G.R. No. 714/18) registered for the offence punishable under sections 412 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is innocent and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29391 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018.
