Petitioner is accused in connection with Shri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. During investigation, it has come that petitioner was not at the roof rather she was in her room. Petitioner is a girl having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.01.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
