The petitioners being mother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of marriage and throwing the dead body in a paddy field.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation, the accusation was not found true against the petitioners consequently the petitioners were not sent up for trial but differing with the final form congnizance has been taken and husband of the victim is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26808 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the accusation was not found true during investigation and the petitioner being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
