The petitioners are languishing in custody since 28.12.2015 in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 28.12.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses against the petitioners. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22075 of 2016 (4) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 no. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The main allegation is against the husband. The F.S.L. report has been received and the same is opened in the Court.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Kisanpur P.S. Case No. 211/2015. Let the F.S.L. report be returned back to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Bihar, Patna.
