Case No. 72 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Aaganbari Sevika on the basis of forged marksheet. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27347 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 72/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
